Rally sprint qualifications

From the RallySprint rules-
A driver who does not meet the requirements of sections 1, 2 above, but who has relevant rally or equivalent motorsports competition experience may be approved to compete upon submitting appropriate documentation of such experience to event officials.

Hello all. Question on what would be alternative ways to qualify for a rally sprint if you haven’t completed 10 RallyCross events. Are there other options to qualify and if so what are all the other possibilities?
